How your inquiry is handled

Your inquiry goes to the brokerage that listed the home.

It carries your name, email, any phone number, a move-in date and your message.

The inquiry becomes a lead in that brokerage’s Lystbase workspace, marked as coming from lystbase.com. The brokerage replies to you directly.

To change or delete your details, ask the brokerage named on the listing. It holds your inquiry.

We email you one copy of a new inquiry, from notifications@mail.lystbase.com. We do not add you to a mailing list.

To limit abuse, we keep a one-way fingerprint of your connection’s address, never the address itself.

Our service logs record that an inquiry happened and how it ended. They never hold your name or contact details.
